ORDERING INFORMATION
In order to serve your customers in the most expedient manner please place your
order by calling toll free at 866-994-9200, or you may call direct at 260-749-9200.
If you prefer to fax your order, please fax toll free to 866-449-9211 or you may fax
direct at 260-493-2486. You also have the option of simply sending us your core;
we will refurbish and return ASAP.
CORE RETURN
On all phone and fax orders the core must be returned in a timely fashion. If after
30 days the core has not been returned a core charge equal to the net selling price
may be charged. Cores must be returned in a like for like manner or a core upgrade
charge may be invoiced. Cores that are damaged beyond repair or are not able to
be rebuilt will not be accepted or honored for exchange. We reserve the right to
charge for damaged or missing components. Our customer will be notified prior
to any additional charges being added to the invoice. All items must be returned
in static safe packaging to protect our mutual investment. Cores should be

CREDIT TERMS
Established customers qualify for 4% prepayment, 2% 10 day or Net 30 terms. To
receive the prepayment discount a company check, money order, cash or completed
wire transfer must be received prior to shipment. To receive the 2% 10 day discount
payment must be received no later than 10 days after the date of invoice. We do
FAX all invoices same day as shipments. Accounts not paid by the net 30 day terms
will be charged interest at an APR of 18% and will be subject to COD or prepayment
terms. New customers wishing to establish credit need to simply fill out our credit
application and fax it using our toll free fax number. We will respond immediately

SHIPPING
UPS is our carrier of choice. At time of account set up we will give our customers
the opportunity to use the third party billing option. This will allow you to take
advantage of your established discounts with UPS. Otherwise we will prepay and
add the charges to the invoice.
WARRANTY
Circuit boards are warranted for 13 months from date of shipment. All printers
are warranted for 100 days from date of shipment. We warrant all boards and
printers to be free from defect for the time period stated above. Items failing in
warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge.Petroleum Parts Inc. is not
responsible for lost customer sales or items that have been damaged by misuse,
abuse, acts of God, improper installation or liquid spills. Damage from shipment
must be reported to the carrier immediately and remuneration must be made by
the carrier. We do not pay for mileage or labor.
PRICING
Please refer to our price list for current pricing. All pricing is subject to change
without notice. We will make every effort to limit price changes to once per year.

do however use their names and part numbers for reference only. Our products
listed in the price list are just that, products of Petroleum Parts Inc. repaired and
